Fleetonomics was born out of necessity
When working with their clients, founders Melvin and Karen quickly discovered that the insights needed to form sound fleet strategies were not readily or easily available – they knew there had to be a better way to harvest the data richness.
With the fundamental aim of giving clients the clarity and confidence to make sound fleet decisions, Fleetonomics was born.
Meet the team
Originally from the UK, and prior to knowing each other, both Karen and Melvin emigrated to New Zealand following their passion for the great outdoors – Wellington is now their home.
In 2018, Karen and Melvin became colleagues and soon realised they had a shared outlook, passion and talent for delivering long-lasting value to stakeholders, and a desire to make a sustainable impact their kids will be proud of.
Change and transformation are common themes throughout their career histories. For Karen and Melvin, strategic and practical go hand in hand, and they understand what the successful ingredients are to translate strategy into action to deliver tangible outcomes. They get you where you need to be.
Both have held senior management and leadership roles in large blue-chip (FTSE & NASDAQ) organisations globally, including the UK, US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
